The packaging chosen by Pilatech are designed to deal with two different sets of problems:
the effectiveness for the impact protection and also the environmental compliance.
For the first point, the protection to be provided for any event that may adversely affect the integrity of the contents of shipped packages, taking into account that are shipped by couriers using certified procedures of sorting parcels with motor vehicles and protected containers.
That's why there are no protections for the rain, or other atomosferici events.
These are implemented in case of risk or long-distance transport.
On the other hand we have tried to reduce to the maximum the amount of packaging material used and chosen biodegradable materials such as recycled cardboard, or 100% recyclable such as expanded polystyrene, and polyethylene.
Environmental compliance is strict in all company procedures: also in daily practice in the offices using recycled media and activate procedures to get the 99% recycling of each material from production.
